Request for Proposals (RFP) for Accounting Services

Attached is a copy of a Request for Proposals for Accounting Services for the Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC” or “Land Bank”). These services are necessary at this time to assist the Land Bank in managing operating and capital grant financials. The Land Bank is seeking a firm that can provide routine bookkeeping, prepare monthly financial reports, adequately track grant financials and progress, and assist with any audits that are necessary. All professional services provided through this contract will be fulfilled using funds from the Land Bank’s New York State Land Bank Initiative (“LBI”) grant SHARS No. 20220409. The Land Bank intends to execute a contract with the selected firm for a 12-month period subject to yearly extensions for up to three years total.

The submission requirements and deadline for this Request for Proposals are included in the attached document. The Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
