Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide climate control chiller maintenance and repair services. Services may include furnishing, installation, modification, measurement, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on the whole, or parts, of the chiller equipment on campus (“Services”). Six centrifugal chillers are housed in the Power Plant (PP) which is the central steam and chilled water generation facility of the Roswell Park campus. Four chillers are located in the Cancer Cell Center (CCC) that serve the southern portion of the campus which houses many laboratory facilities. Two additional unitary chillers are located in the Main Hospital and Carlton House. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s), shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
