Notice regarding Solicitation # 2025RFP6-USRINITIAL: The Homeland Security Grant Program / Urban Area Security Initiative grant funding is currently temporarily suspended nationwide. As East-West Gateway Council of Governments has not received guidance or information regarding the potential length of the funding suspension, the Request for Proposals for Urban Search and Rescue Initial Series Training, Solicitation # 2025RFP6-USRINITIAL is currently being suspended. Council will be reviewing the scope requirements with the regional Urban Search and Rescue team leaders and updating various training requirements and timelines for delivery.
