Description: The Department of Financial Services (Department) needs a Contractor to provide Salesforce Architect Services (“Services”), at Department office locations and other locations as directed by the Department. Such Services must be performed in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with New York State Finance Law, Article XI. The Contractor selected will provide all necessary services as outlined in this IFB. The purpose of this IFB is to obtain bids to acquire 1,840 hours with a Salesforce advisory architect over a 12-month period, to assist in onboarding and providing best practices on the Salesforce Gov Cloud platform. Such Services must be performed in accordance with the specifications set forth in the IFB.
