This announcement, dated 27 March 2026, from Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 and EA-18G Aircraft), is conducting market research to identify potential sources who have the skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required to successfully develop the required engineering and logistical documentation needed for the integration and incorporation of the Generation 2 Low Profile Head Up Display (Gen2 LPHUD) as a forward fit on the F/A-18 E/F Block III, EA-18G, and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) aircraft that have similar configurations.
If an interested party has the potential ability to perform the requirements contemplated herein, please provide the following information:
- Identify any technical data or property that would be needed to be provided by the Government to meet the requirement.
This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Firms that can meet the USAF’s and USN’s requirement in the timelines identified above are encouraged to identify themselves by submitting a response to this Sources Sought Notice.
SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties shall submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating their ability to perform the services described herein no later than COB 13 April 2026. The capability statement packages shall be sent by email (or DoD Safe for larger files) to the below Procurement Group Points-of-Contacts.
