2. The City of Calgary (The City) 9-1-1 operations centre requires an experienced proponent to provide cleaning and dusting of in-service hardware including but not limited to; PC’s, hardware enclosure cabinets, keyboards/mice, data room hardware, data room floors and other cleaning service as required.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) years. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two (2) times for one (1) year each time. The potential total term length is five (5) years.
