Tenders for the boiler and boiler room floor replacement of Evergreen Lodge, 1-6 Peters Street in Gainsborough SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.
Description of the Work: Replacement of floor joists in the mechanical room and removal and replacement of the building’s two existing boilers and related work.
Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

There will be a site review meeting on site on October 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.. All interested bidders to meet at Evergreen Lodge located on Peters Street in Gainsborough SK.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
