Description:

This property, consisting of the Railside Area, is part of the Blue Springs Downtown Master Plan that was approved in March 2024. The site is bounded by railroad tracks on the east, Main Street to the south, 15th Street to the west, and Vesper Street to the north. The site is also bisected by 14th Street. Among the twelve (12) city-owned county parcels, there are five building structures to be potentially redeveloped for adaptive reuse, seven vacant lots, as well as right-of-way space for parking, circulation, curbs, and sidewalks. In total, the project covers approximately 3.63 acres, not including right-of-way.
