Relocate Sanitary Sewer Forcemain Pipe at Howard Road
Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners (herein “County”), is seeking qualified contractors to relocate an existing sanitary sewer forcemain pipe approximately 908 feet in length at the Howard Road roundabout in Hall County (herein “Services”). The County seeks to award one (1) contractor to perform this Service.

Bidding Process:
Hall County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Contractors (herein “Bidder” or “Contractor”) for the provision of Services in the County’s Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4
th
) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Late bids may not be evaluated. All bid packets must be sealed and time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the 4
th
floor to be considered.
Bidders must submit two (2) hard copies of their bid along with all completed mandatory documents, signed affidavits in hardcopy, and also include on one (1) USB Flash Drive with all documents.
Term:
It is the County’s intention to award one (1) firm for the Services listed herein to be completed within 45 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Cost Proposals:
Bidder’s costs shall be firm and fixed for the duration of the contract term.

An on-site pre-bid is not required for this IFB; however, Bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their leisure.
Taxes
: Hall County, Georgia, is exempt from State of Georgia Sales and Use Tax. A Certificate of Exemption will be made available upon request to the awarded firm.
Bonds:
A bid bond is not required for this solicitation; however, all Bidders must include in their bid submissions a letter of bondability. The County will only accept surety companies licensed to do business in the State of Georgia.
