RFP - Electronics Recycling Services

Brunswick County is soliciting proposals for receiving, loading, transporting, processing, and marketing of electronic equipment and associated materials including, but not limited to, computer equipment (CPU’s, printers, monitors, keyboards, cords, speakers, scanners, parts, dump terminals, and other peripherals), office equipment (fax machines and copiers), televisions (portable, large screen, and console units), and wiring collected from various locations designated by the County.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the selected contractor will only be responsible for picking up the electronic equipment and associated materials from the County’s landfill facility designated herein.

1. Divert the electronic equipment and associated materials for reuse if available;
2. Use US markets to recycle the electronic equipment and associated materials whenever possible; and
3. Use export markets to recycle the electronic equipment and associated materials if domestic recycling is not available.

All proposals must be received by Brunswick County no later than September 3, 2025 at 10:00 am ET.
