This project will consist of, but not be limited to mechanical, electrical, carpentry, labor and material to Construct new
offices and renovate existing office space as indicated on the drawings by Centerline Architects dated 10/15/2024.

There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders meeting at the site November 12 at 1:00pm. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: 789 National Guard Road, Colchester Vermont.
