Pecan Branch Wastewater Treatment Package Plant Procurement
The project consists of furnishing, delivering, installing (welding), commissioning, OWNER training, and providing all labor and materials required for the 2 mgd Pecan Branch Wastewater Treatment Package Plant Equipment and associated improvements, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in CIP 3 and the technical specifications
Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available at no charge upon request to the Engineer, CDM Smith, 8310-1 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Suite 250, Austin, Texas 78731, telephone (512) 346-1100. Please email requests for Bidding Documents to Judy MacLeod at macleodja@cdmsmith.com. If paper copies of the Bidding Documents are needed, CDM Smith can email the Bidding Documents to Bidder’s preferred Printing Company at Bidder’s expense. Bidders must register on the City of Georgetown’s bid web site – https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference are specified below and in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders.
Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before March 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
