2027 Geotechnical Engineering Services for Various Projects

The City of Dickinson (City) is advertising a request for proposals (RFP) from Geotechnical Engineering consultants to provide time and materials not to exceed fee for professional services regarding various projects as stated on the cover page. The city anticipates the initial evaluation process for the RFP’s will be completed by the end of business Friday, May 19, 2026. The projects are expected to be bid ready by November 2026. The projects are anticipated to be constructed in the 2027 construction season. Any proposal not complying with all requirements stated in the RFP may be rejected. Funding for these projects is anticipated to be through various funding sources available to the City of Dickinson. The City will be required to tailor each project's scope, specifications, and processes to align federal and state funding guidelines and design requirements. The selected consultant shall include in their scope of work the necessary time and costs associated with supporting the City of Dickinson with these requirements. Any recommended changes to the boring locations, depths, number of borings, laboratory testing frequency, and laboratory testing required are welcomed feedback in the proposals. Each project will be required to be invoiced separately. Project specific reports will also be required.
