NFN PVAC Replacement

Purchaser is seeking a qualified, responsive, and responsible Contractor to provide Professional Design/Build Services for the replacement of the Process Vacuum system (PVAC) and skid in the NFN building at the Albany NanoTech Complex. The design/build shall include completion in every detail of the work described, including necessary preliminary field surveys and code reviews, whereby pertinent data collected in the as-found conditions survey shall be incorporated into the final design documents. The Professional Design/Build Firm shall provide all information requested in the Contract and identify all the Project components to be designed. The Professional Design/Build Firm shall determine the full scope of the Project by thoroughly examining the Invitation for Bids (IFB) and the Project Site, as well as other such investigations as may be appropriate.
