Project Description: Monaghan Township will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for select trades (asphalt paving and abatement) related to the construction of a new municipal buildings, and associated sitework until 2:00 PM on April 8, 2025, at which time they shall be opened online. Results will be posted publicly on PennBid’s website by 4:00 PM the same day. All documents and solicitation details will be made available online, at no cost, on PennBid’s website (www.PennBid.net) by March 14, 2025.
All bidders must submit bid security.
Monaghan Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to accept the Bid which is in the best interest of the Township.
