The United States Secret Service requires a facilities master plan to assess the agency's utilization of office space across several leased and federally owned buildings in the National Capital Region (NCR). The intent of this effort is to evaluate existing agency space in 5 separate buildings in the NCR, encompassing approximately 700,000 square feet of office space and 2,500 current assigned personnel. The plan will consider the organizational structure of the enterprise, unique mission requirements, projected staffing changes and realignments, the availability of additional space, and the feasibility of modifying existing spaces in order to achieve the desired objective.
