Morgantown Parking Authority Parking Lot C Repair

Sealed Bids for the construction of the PARKING LOT C REPAIR, Bid Call 2025-13 will be received by the Morgantown Parking Authority at the office of the Parking Director in the Public Safety Building Located at 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia until 2:00p.m. local time on May 8, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of repair of the Parking Lot C adjacent to the Spruce, Kirk, and Pleasant Streets.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Contractor must complete Unit Price Table, but Contractor is responsible for completing all repairs included in the bid documents.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Morgantown Parking Authority, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, 304-284-7435. Bid Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, GAI Consultants (GAI), 107A Cambridge Place, Bridgeport, WV 26330, telephone number (304) 808-6680, facsimile number (304) 808-6684. Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $200 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D., are available for $30 per set. All checks shall be made payable to GAI Consultants.

The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted from the Engineer will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Engineer. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on April 24, 2025 at Public Safety Building, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 in the Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not mandatory.
