NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, Du Page and Kane Counties, IL. will receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL. 60103, until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, April 25th 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The proposed improvement is officially known as the ″2025 VARIOUS STREETS RESURFACING PROJECT” and the work shall consist of HMA surface removal, HMA pavement patching, HMA binder and surface courses, structure adjustments, ADA sidewalk / curb & gutter / driveway removal and replacement, pavement marking, and landscape restoration.
INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:
Prospective bidders must be IDOT pre-qualified and all proposals must be accompanied by Bid Bond BLR12230 as provided in the bid packet.
