Description: NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Vertafore TransactNOW Subscription Services – Claims Download and eDocs. The services will allow NYSIF to send translated files to insurance brokers utilizing Vertafore Inc.’s TransactNOW product through Applied Systems Inc.’s (Ivans) Agency Management System Translation and Exchange product. All deliverables resulting from this project are classified as Vertafore Inc.’s intellectual property. Vertafore Inc. will have and retain all right, title and interest in and to any deliverables developed hereunder, including all trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights related thereto ("Deliverables"). There are no additional documents available at this time. All available information can be found within the Contract Reporter advertisement. Interested firms must submit supporting documentation that they have an agreement in place with Vertafore Inc. to perform the services described above. Proposals are due 6/23/25 by 2:00 p.m. EST. Please include “Vertafore TransactNOW Subscription Services – Claims Download and eDocs” in the subject line of the e-mail and provide all supporting documentation requested. Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process.
