Synopsis:
|
|
The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work on a stipulated price basis in accordance with the contract documents to complete the following building structure work at the City of Yorkton's Park St Pumping Station:
-
Underslab building mechanical piping, floor drains, cleanouts, etc;
-
Helical screw pile foundation;
-
Concrete grade beam and structure slab;
-
Steel stud framing, insulation, sheathing and exterior finishing;
-
Exterior doors; and
-
Wooden roof truss system, sheathing and stand seam metal roofing.
All bidders are strongly recommended to examine the site prior to submitting their Bids.
