Description: Sealed proposals for the rehabilitation of Yates County Office Building and Courthouse Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repair Contract will be received at the Yates County Highway Office, Attention: Joe Reed, located at 939 State Route 14A, Penn Yan, New York 14527 until 10:00 AM, local time, on April 24, 2025, and there, at said office, at said time, opened and read aloud. This project generally consists of the resurfacing of parking lots at the County Office Building and Courthouse including repairs to the subsurface layers as needed. Pre-bid Meeting; There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at 8:00 am . We will meet at the front entrance of the County Office Building. Your attendance at this pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not required.
