Republic Airport - Heavy Duty Equipment Purchase

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the owner and sponsor of Republic Airport, in conjunction with AvPorts LLC, the operator of Republic Airport is receiving sealed bids to purchase a New All-Wheel Drive Heavy Duty Dual Engine, Cab Forward, 18' Runway Snow Broom and Options. The vehicle shall include a 4 x 4 all-wheel drivetrain and is to be delivered with a pendant arm mounted 18' broom attachment.

Copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting Ms. Judi Zalewski at (631) 386-6109 or are available at the Airport, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Sealed proposals must be received before 4:00 pm EST on 6/27/2025 at 7150 Republic Airport, Room 216, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Each vendor much provide three (3) copies of their proposal.

Questions or clarification regarding technical specifications listed within this request for proposal must be sent in writing to Victor Cerami, Maintenance Manager by email to Victor.Cerami@dot.ny.gov no later than 4pm EST on 6/13/2025.
