Lower Paxton Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Rt 39 Adaptive Signal Improvements Project
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online via
PennBID
, from March 26 until Thursday April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The work generally consists of implementing the Miovision adaptive signal system and detection upgrades for 12 signals along SR 0039 in Susquehanna Township and Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. The system spans from Fargreen Rd to Patton Rd/Woodview Dr and will connect to PennDOT’s CCTV at the SR 0039 and SR 0322 interchange.
