Description: The County of Essex is requesting proposals from a qualified individual or agency to provide Mobility Management services for the Essex County Public Transportation (ECPT) system. The County will select an entity with the experience to provide Mobility Management services, necessary technical and professional skills, and the appropriate resources to develop, implement and update the County’s Coordinated Transportation Plan. The Contractor will also coordinate and facilitate the meetings of the Public Transportation Task Force and help address barriers to transportation that are not currently addressed by existing transportation options.
