RFP: AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2025/CFAPT01281 - ANC North Terminal Combined Heat & Power Design-Build

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC North Terminal Combined Heat & Power Design-Build, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2025 / CFAPT01281, will be received before 4:00 p.m., February 4, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to install a natural gas-fired combined heat and power system for the North Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Meet in the North Terminal lobby near the polar bear to be escorted through the work areas. Please contact the Project Manager, Jesse Campbell, at (907) 266-2723 or jesse.campbell@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be March 30, 2026.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
