Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit through Request for Quote on Sam.gov to obtain Waste and Recycling Management Services for VA Medical Center Connecticut.
