The RFQ is amended as of 9 SEP 2025 as follows.

A. revised Statement of Work dated 08 SEP 2025, with supporting details contained within the attached documentation. Changes in Section J. Attachment 01 SOW - now reads 01 FZ-40113-25 Revised SOW , Attachment g. FZ-40113-25 Office Dimensions - now reads g. FZ-40113-25 Revised Office Dimensions.

All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTHING FURTHER FOLLOWS in the amendment P00001.

B. extension to Q and A till 4PM 10 SEP 2025.

C. Section L, Quoters must acknowledge the latest amendment and be responsive accordingly.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bragg (MICC-BR) has received a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) FZ-40113-25 Replace Carpet inf Offices, 2-1731, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Statement of Work contains specific deliverables and identifies the scope of work that is to be completed by the contractor. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and materials necessary to perform the required work outlined in the Statement of work and technical exhibits.

considered. All questions and answers will be combined on a single document which will be made available to all qualified

offerors, on a non-attribution basis. Verbal questions will not be answered.

no later than 4:00 PM, EDT on 17 SEP 2025. Late quotes may not be considered for evaluation or award.
