Zoning Board of Adjustment

TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of June, 2026, the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment took the following actions:

1.  Calendar No. 4069-26.  Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of variance relief to

Samsun Yang to construct a detached garage/enlarge driveway on the property located at 25

Cypress Street, Millburn.

2.  Calendar No. 4072-26.  Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of variance relief to

Y. Guan/Y. Jin to construct an addition on the property located at 384 White Oak Ridge

Road, Short Hills.

3.  Calendar No. 4075-26.  Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of variance relief to

Selective Insurance to install a wall graphic on the property located at 103 JFK Parkway,

Short Hills.

Copies of the aforementioned resolution are on file in the office of the Board Secretary, Millburn Town Hall, 22 E. Willow Street, and available for public inspection between 8:30 AM -- 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

4. Calendar No. 4080-26.  Granted variance relief to Rebecca Spicehandler to install a

front yard fence on the property located at 33 Windermere Terrace, Short Hills.

5. Calendar No. 4082-26.  Granted variance relief to Josh Fields to construct an addition on the

property located at 72 Greenwood Drive, Millburn.

6. Calendar No. 4083-26.  Granted variance relief to Puja & Rahul Sood to construct an

addition on the property located at 72 Whitney Road, Short Hills.

Resolutions memorializing the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter will be adopted at the July 20, 2026 meeting.

7. Calendar No. 4025-25.  Announced that the application of Triple One Holdings, seeking

variance relief, preliminary and final site plan approval to construct 4 apartment units over

an existing restaurant on the property located at 44 Essex Street, Millburn, was carried to

September 14, 2026.

8. Calendar No. 4078-26. Announced that the application of Sandip Biswas/Jane Kam to

construct additions/deck on the property located at 14 Rahway Road, Millburn, was carried

to September 14, 2026.
