INVITATION FOR BIDS -REVERSE AUCTION
The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (MDMR) will accept sealed bids until 2:00 pm
CST, March 10, 2026 to furnish and deliver one work barge.
Detailed specifications and Invitation for Bids documents may be obtained from MDMR
Procurement Office, 1716 A J Holloway Dr, Biloxi, MS. 39532 or at www.dmr.ms.gov and/or the
Mississippi Procurement Portal at https://www.ms.gov/dfa/contract_bid_search.
Bids may be submitted by hand delivery or mail to Rick Kinnard, Procurement Director, (228)
523-4147, MDMR, 1716 A J Holloway Dr., Biloxi, MS 39532, or through the MAGIC Portal at:
https://www.dfa.ms.gov/mississippi-suppliersvendors no later than 2:00 pm CST, March 10,
2026. The bid opening will occur at 2:00 pm CST March 10, 2026.
All bids should be clearly marked “Furnish and Deliver One Work Barge” and should include:
Solicitation Number 3140004474, the opening date and MDMR’s name and address.
The MDMR reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities.
