The Town of Blackstone invites sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one (1) horizontal auto-tie baler (or equal) for the Recycling Center at 14 Chestnut Street. The baler must meet or exceed the minimum specifications equivalent to the American Baler Model 6042WS930 and include full installation, removal of the existing unit, startup training, and all permits. All installation labor must comply with M.G.L. c. 149 prevailing wage requirements. Bids must include all freight, labor, and materials. The Town is tax-exempt. Sealed bids are due by 10:00 AM on September 10, 2025 at the Office of the Town Administrator, 15 St. Paul Street, Blackstone, MA 01504, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bid documents and specifications will be available beginning August 13, 2025 at https://www.townofblackstone.org/bids.aspx. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids
