The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi- Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the design and Engineering of a 48-inch wastewater line along Delaware Creek from Senter Park to Nursery Road, and all appurtenances.

A public opening will be held via TEAMS. Please see the Activities tab for further details.
