2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Apple Valley is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants with extensive experience in land use planning, community design, and public engagement to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm is expected to collaborate closely with City staff, City Council, Commissions, engineering consultants, residents, and community stakeholders to develop and oversee the update to ensure the plan complies with Minnesota Statutes and Metropolitan Council requirements, including those contained in the Imagine 2050 system statements for the City of Apple Valley.
