The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Parks Flo-Lab for the North Chicago VA.
General Requirements:
Salient Characteristics
1. Comprehensive Vascular Testing
Performs Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI), Toe-Brachial Index (TBI), segmental pressures, pulse volume recordings (PVR), photoplethysmography (PPG), and Doppler studies.
Supports arterial and venous protocols, including reflux studies, exercise testing, and thoracic outlet evaluations.
2. Doppler Capabilities
Bi-directional Doppler with dual-frequency probes (commonly 4 MHz & 8 MHz) for high sensitivity in detecting arterial and venous flow.
Provides real-time audio and visual waveforms for accurate interpretation.
3. Plethysmography Integration
Includes PPG sensors for toe and finger studies.
Includes necessary accessary clips for finger and toe studies.
Pneumoplethysmography for segmental limb volume changes.
4. Automated Cuff Inflation System
Multi-port programmable cuff inflator for automatic inflation/deflation during segmental pressure measurements.
Supports multiple cuffs (up to 12) for rapid and efficient testing.
Includes all cuffs and necessary accessories to utilize cuffs.
5. User Interface & Ergonomics
Touchscreen display with intuitive software for test sequencing and data entry.
Mounted on a mobile cart with storage drawers, swivel wheels, and ergonomic design for easy movement in clinical settings.
Wireless hand control capabilities to operate unit
6. Data Management & Connectivity
Windows-based software with customizable protocols.
Supports DICOM and HL7 for integration with Federal EHR
Export options: PDF, JPEG, XML, CSV for reporting and EMR compatibility.
Meets IEC 60601-1 and ISO 13485 standards for medical devices.
HIPPA compliant
7. Training
Includes onsite training for technologists
