NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for Wayne County – Asbestos Remediation Project located at the Wayne County Clerks Building at 9 Pearl Street, Lyons, NY 14489.

Project Summary:

This asbestos abatement project will consist of the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and associated asbestos contaminated items at the Wayne County facility located at 9 Pearl Street in the Town of Lyons, New York.

Such sealed bids must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 PM. prevailing time on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read.

There will be a “Bidders Tour” of the facility to answer any questions Bidders may have. “Bidders Tour” will be on Tuesday August 26th @ 8:00 AM. Bidders shall meet at the front door of the County Clerks Building located at 9 Pearl Street, Lyons, New York 14489.

ALL PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, August 29th, 2025.
