Description: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for the replacement of carpeting in the designated gate areas of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport’s (BNIA)’ terminal. The total area for the replacement of carpet tile squares is 24,350 square feet. Proponents shall verify by measuring each area to confirm square footage requirements. The selected installer will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of the existing carpeting materials. A sample of the proposed carpet must be delivered to the NFTA by the RFP Proposal Close Deadline. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates. Refer to the Prevailing Wage Section herein for more information. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE INSPECTION A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on November 21, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. located at the Buffalo International Airport, Buffalo NY 14225.
