Professional Auditing Services for New York State’s Annual Financial Statements and eMedNY

Through Request for Proposals (“RFP”) #24-07, the Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) of the State of New York seeks competitive proposals from qualified, independent certified public accounting firms (“Proposers”) to conduct annual audits of the State’s combined financial statements and eMedNY (the web-based health exchange administered by the New York State Department of Health.
