Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-131 and city policy, sealed proposals endorsed “WLGC Greens Replacement,

IF26108” will be received by City/County Purchasing, City Hall, 101 North Main Street, Winston-Salem,

NC until the date and time listed above. *This will not be a public bid opening!* The City reserves the

right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals.

the contents of the Bidding Documents. The bid documents include the bid package with specifications and

Scope summary: This project includes removal and replacement of the putting surface for #13 green and

the green complexes for holes #16 & 17.

The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, December 2, 2025 at 3535 Winston

Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Meet in the snack bar side of the golf clubhouse.

The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved for this project and allow

interested bidders to conduct their due diligence. The City will not consider bids from companies who

do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-

in sheet.
