B. TECHNICAL SPECIFIATIONS for RFB-2701 HIGHWAY FUEL

1. GENERAL:
a) This specification describes minimum requirements for fuel used for transportation and construction vehicles, including Unleaded Gasoline without ethanol, Unleaded Gasoline with 10% ethanol, and diesel fuel.
b) Diesel shall be seasonally adjusted as necessary. (Ex: Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel).
