Janitorial Services for Albany Regional Office

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Janitorial Services to the DOR's Douglas Regional Office (hereinafter, "the State Entity", "DOR", and "Department") as further described in this eRFP.

The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking one supplier who will provide Janitorial Services for DOR's Albany Regional Office. The office is located at 735 N. Westover Blvd Suite A; Albany, GA 31707, Doughtery County, and has approximately 14,000 square feet of office space. The supplier must be able to perform all services and supply all goods outlined in the Scope of Work.
