Facilities and Academic Scheduling Software and Related Maintenance and Support Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill (herein after referred to as “SUNY Cobleskill”) to solicit proposals for a cloud-based software solution with an integrated mobile or responsive design that allows SUNY Cobleskill to achieve the following:

1. This system must offer facilities, course, and event space management including space scheduling, service requests, and end-user reservation capabilities.
2. Analyze and create conflict-free, inclusive schedules for all learners, improve efficiency in course and event scheduling to maximize student success and achieve optimal facilities usage financial outcomes.
3. Provide two-way comprehensive integration with Ellucian/Banner (our student information system)
4. Contains robust reporting capabilities, analytics and data visualization.
