Lynn Sisters Surveying Bids

Haines Borough seeks bids for surveying the land known as Lynn Sisters.

The successful contractor will provide the following services:

1,  Provide equipment, transportation and personnel to survey Lynn Sisters, legally known as Township 39 South, Range 62 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.

2.  Provide PLS (professional land surveyor) oversite of the survey.

3.  A Record of Survey is sufficient to set additional monumentation to meet State survey criteria. A Record of Survey is not considered a subdivision.

4.  Meet criteria 11 AAC 53.190(a)(4) "Primary monuments along an exterior boundary may not be situated more than 1320 feet apart."

5.  The parcel is subject to easements as defined in the Preliminary Decision dated October 31. 2017. These shall be depicted on the Record of Survey.

6.  Legal access is by section line easement or navigable waters.

7.  Complete Survey Report, Traverse Closure, and Field Notes.

8.  File Survey with the State of Alaska and the Haines Borough.

1. Written proposal detailing how survey will be accomplished, time frame, and cost for completion.

2. Written proof of qualifications.
