AFLCMC/C3C - Kessel Run, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Cox Virginia Telecom, LLC. The contract will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Single Source Justification for additional details.
The Government requires a Commercial Internet Service Provider (CISP) to provide 1Gbps+ upload/download Internet service, with one (1) /30 IP Block, two (2) /28 IP Blocks, and one (1) Malblock, or equivalent, for fiber Internet located at the Ryan Center, 22 Rickenbacker Rd, Langley AFB, VA. The Government also requires the CISP to provide one (1) Gbps+ upload/download Internet services, with two (2) business Internet 1Gbps, two (2) static IPs, two (2) Cider Blocks, or equivalent, and two (2) business 3.1 modems, or equivalent, located at 300 Exploration Way Langley AFB, VA. Commercial Internet must be delivered to the facilities via hardwired infrastructure. Infrastructure must be in place at the time of award to avoid a gap in service.
The Government anticipates a period of performance from 1 June 2025 - 30 Sep 2025 with four one year option periods.
This notice is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, the Government invites interested parties to submit information to the Contract Specialist yesenia.barreto@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer rosa.krauss.3@us.af.mil describing their capabilities and existing infrastructure at the specified locations. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by submitting a capabilities statement. Additionally, the information received will be reviewed as part of our market research solely for the purposes of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. The Government reserves the right to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the requirement.
