Request for Proposal
The Province invites formal written proposals for a modular construction of a 78’ x 30’ Twenty (20) person wet sleeper, with a 10’ x 30’ covered front deck and a 6’ x 6’ rear deck, to be located at the Cold Creek Fire Base. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan, plumbing, electrical, construction and elevation drawings, as well as pile layout requirements for the building. The sleeper must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by May 1st, 2025.
