Please submit all questions and feedback during the draft RFP period utilizing Attachment 8: Questions Template. The Government intends to handle the bulk, or all, of the questions regarding this requirement during the draft RFP period so please provide all questions during this period. The Government may not allow for any further questions once the final solicitation is released.
