Sanitary Sewer Rehab for Spring Valley and McDaniel Station Rd

SCOPE OF WORK: Under this project, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace and rehabilitate a portion of the City's sanitary sewer collection system as shown on the construction drawings. More specifically, the work shall consist of ±1,560 LF of 12-in VCP to 14-in HDPE via pipe bursting, ±2,330 LF of 12-in VCP to 16-in DIP by open trench replacement, ±2,390 LF of 12-in VCP to 15-in PVC by open trench replacement, ±210 LF of 24-in steel casing Jack & Bore, ±50 VF of manhole rehabilitation, ±175 VF of standard manhole construction, video inspections, pavement replacement, erosion control BMPs, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
