§This procurement awarded Option Eight to the incumbent contractor at Schofield Barracks. This is a Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) facility at Schofield Barracks, HI. The contractor will operate, maintain, manage and provide retail/bulk fuel services for all fuel facilities, related structures and property, including Hot Pit refueling at Wheeler Army Airfield.
