Warehouse Support Services

Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Warehouse Support Services.

If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range.

The Embassy will conduct a site visit for interested parties on March 21, 2025, at 10:30 am at the Embassy warehouse. Prospective offerors should contact: rabatgsocontracts@state.gov by March 18, 2025, with the names and ID card information for anyone wishing to participate in the site visit. Please be sure to bring the solicitation document with you to the conference. No extra copies will be available at the conference.

Questions are due by March 28, 2025, at 16.45 Local Time.

Offers are due by April 11, 2025, at 16.45 Local Time. No Offers will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your Proposals must be submitted electronically to rabatgsocontracts@state.gov, and not exceed 30MB.
