The Nantucket Islands Land Bank, through its Commission, is seeking the services of a qualified "Owner's Project Manager" to provide Project Management Services for design and construction services related to the deconstruction, removal, relocation (off site), reassembling, and retrofitting of multiple dwelling units currently situated on Land Bank property at 41 Jefferson Avenue, in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The OPM must be either a registered architect or professional engineer with 5+ years of experience in building construction and supervision or a professional with 7+ years of experience in building construction and supervision on projects of similar size and scope.
