Synopsis:
|
|
Gravel Spreading Tender
Expressions of interest including price quotes are being accepted for the loading, hauling & spreading of up to 20,000 yards of road gravel for the RM of Souris Valley No. 7, gravel is located within the RM #7. Haul to commence as soon as weather permits. A maximum speed of 60 km per hour when hauling on municipal roads will be strictly enforced.
The tender must include:
Hourly Rate – List separately prices for hauling
minimum haul charge if applicable
loading charges if applicable
list of trucks
any other charges
proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000
Certificate of Insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board).
Yards are estimated and are subject to change.
The RM of Souris Valley No. 7 reserves the right to reject and refuse any or all expressions of interest. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
