Town of Wapella - Wastewater Lagoon Upgrades

Electronic bids will be received through http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca up to 2:00 p.m. local time on February 27, 2025. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. Contract Documents will be available on http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca. The Work involves the construction of: Construction of an 860 m long 150 mm diameter HDPE DR 17 force main from the existing pump station to the treatment lagoon including swab launch structure, connection to pump station and inlet structures at the lagoon facility. Desludging of existing cells. Re-lining the existing 1.2 ha treatment cell. Expansion of existing storage cell to a new 1.4 ha storage cell and construction of a new 3.3 ha storage cell. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Wapella. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.

Any changes to the bid documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the online bidding website and will form part of the bid. No amendment of any kind to the tenderer is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum.
